Clinical Characteristics and Short-Term Outcomes of Patients with Severe COVID-19

We Report the demographic characteristics, laboratory findings, vital signs and outcomes of 19 laboratoryconfirmed COVID-19 patients who admitted to ICU; from 15 Feb March 2020 in Arak, MarkaziProvince, Iran. Data showed that most common findings on first day ICU admission, wereleukocytosis (52.6%), neutrophilia (73.6%), lymphopenia (100%), anemia hyperglycemia (78.95),increased levels INR (100%); AST (66.66%), ALT (50%) LDH (100%). 36.36% 45.45% ofpatients had elevated total direct bilirubin, respectively but all normal range ALK-p(Table 1).
